  • 1. Check-In and Check-Out?

    Contactless check-in starts at 3:00pm and

    check-out is 11:00am.

  • 2. What is the restroom situation?

    Communal shared restroom facility.

  • 3. Are you dog friendly?

    Absolutely! Please be courteous and keep your dog on a leash at all times on the property. There is a pet fee of $10/night per pet. 

  • 4. What comes in the tent?

    - Power Bank

    - Solar power lights and lanterns

    - Linens + towels

    - Portable AC cooler

    - French Press

    - Mugs

  • 5. Plumbing and Electric

    Plumbing and electric have only been installed for the purpose of the bathhouse.

  • 6. Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No, we are a non-smoking property.

  • 7. Is there wifi on the property?

    No Wifi. Embrace it!

  • 8. What are the quiet hours on site?

    Sundown to sunrise.

  • 9. Can food be stored?

    We do not provide refrigeration in our accommodations, but we provide a cooler that you may use to store items needing to cool.

  • 10. Meal add-ons

    Tent-side meal add-ons must be ordered and purchased 48 hours prior to your stay.

    They can be found on our booking page under ‘Meals’.

  • 11. Ice?

    Ice can be delivered to your tent for $4.00 a bag.

  • 12. AC/Heating

    We provide portable A/C units to combat the peak summer heat. We do not provide heating.

  • 13. Host?

    There will be an on-site host at all times.

  • 14. Valuables?

    Our accommodations do not have locks so we suggest taking all valuables with you when leaving for the day.

  • 15. Where can I park my car?

    Designated free parking space as you drive into the property next to the bathhouse.

  • 16. Do you provide firewood?

    We provide the first pack of firewood, afterwards it can be purchased.

  • 17. What happens if it rains?

    Our tents are weatherproof and will keep you safe and dry in the event of a storm. We

    do not offer refunds for inclement weather.

  • 18. What should guests bring?

  • 19. Do you allow day visitors?

    No, we do not allow day visitors at the property.

  • 20. What activities are available on the property?

    - Kayaking

    - Swimming in our natural spring-fed pond

    - Fishing

    - Interacting with our Highland cows

    - Seasonal blueberry picking

    - Games on site (Cards, Corn hole, Jenga etc)
